Returns & Refunds
We want your dog to love their Kanino gear. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Email lebrongoat000@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions — please don't ship anything before you get them.
- Who pays return shipping: if the item arrived defective, damaged or wrong, we do. If you simply changed your mind, you do.
- Defective, damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery — we replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and check the item. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to show it.
